Lair o' the Bear Park

The Bear Creek Trail is in great shape. You have many dry and moist tacky conditions all the way to pence park. The trail along the river has a couple creek crossing as usual this time of year. The only area of mud is right before the last ascent to Parmalee Gulch road. You will find about 15m of soft/muddy conditions on the final turn in the meadow. Returning via the same route we decided to take the Bruin Bluff Trail before we got to the parking lot. Bruin Bluff is a little rough in spots as a results of people using it when it was muddy. You will find on e soft spot near the creek crossing but the descent back to the parking lot is in good shape.
