Trails are dry as a bone and ready for anything. The creek crossings are still a little wide so your feet will get a little wet but outside of that there are no worries.

Trail Conditions
When we started training in April of 2007 my weight was 230 lbs and my mile pace was 8:30 per mile. At that point my longest run was 10 miles. As of October 2009, my weight was 193 lbs and I ran my quickest 5k averaging 6:20 per mile.
