The Plymouth trail is ninety percent dry and what few wet spots that are left are easy to navigate around and through without doing any damage. Once you pass the rock face you will find one more patch with some water but once again it is not that significant. The Red Mesa Loop is completely dry as is the Plymouth Mountain Trail. Overall the trail is in great shape as long as you don't mind a few rocks. No significant sandy spots yet either.
